China Unicom (Europe) Operations Limited (referred to as CUE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Unicom International Corporation established in the UK in 2006. It is a leading telecom operator with international partnerships around the globe, managing CU subsidiaries in Russia and South Africa, and has branches and offices in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Romania and Dubai.
